Talent Lab — The Great Escape Escape Room Edition

⛑️KIDS IN ACTION

Following the success of Buzz Zone — the Electric Maze Challenge, our community returned for the next chapter of Talent Lab: The Great Escape. This time, the children swapped brass wire and circuit boards for locks, ciphers, and hidden clues — but the heart of the program stayed exactly the same: building character while solving problems together.

The mission was simple to explain and far harder to master: work as a team to crack codes, unlock clues, and escape the room before time ran out.

Teams, Roles, One Mission

Children were organised into teams with roles designed so every age group had a meaningful part to play. Younger participants contributed through observation, pattern recognition, and simpler tasks. Older children stepped into leadership, took on complex puzzles, and made sure every team member had a role. Success didn't depend on individual brilliance — it depended on the whole team moving forward together.

The Challenge

Along the way, teams discovered hidden challenges, deciphered mystery messages, and collected secret codes that brought them one step closer to the final key. Some puzzles demanded creativity. Others required logic, perseverance, and careful thinking under pressure.

And when things got tough — because they did — teams discovered something that goes beyond any puzzle: that sometimes the best progress comes not from rushing ahead, but from listening, encouraging each other, and thinking together.

The Same Values, A New Challenge

As with every Talent Lab, the evaluation wasn't just about who escaped first. Teams were assessed on the same core values that have guided this program from the very beginning — mutual respect, kindness, clear communication, fairness, and trust. The score reflected the journey, not only the result.

Why The Great Escape Matters

With LEGO we learned to build with our hands and our values. With Buzz Zone we learned those values carry into electronics and real-world problem-solving. With The Great Escape, we learned they carry into pressure, uncertainty, and teamwork when the clock is ticking.

The skills got harder. The patience got deeper. The trust between team members grew stronger.

After all, the greatest challenge was never escaping the room. It was learning how to work together to do so. 🔐✨

Thank You

We are deeply grateful to every child who showed up with curiosity and an open heart, and to the parents and volunteers who encouraged and celebrated alongside them.
